Credit reporting or other personal consumer reports — EQUIFAX, INC. (TX)

Credit inquiries on your report that you don't recognize. This morning, I was extremely frustrated to see an unauthorized inquiry suddenly appear on my credit report. I check it regularly and never expected such a discrepancy. I even refreshed the page thinking it was a glitch, but nothing changed. I need this to be resolved immediately and ask that the documents I submitted be carefully reviewed to avoid any future stress.
